media.
The only media we collect are those uploaded using our quotation form. These will not be made publicly available under any circumstances without written consent from the owner of the media files. We do use these files to obtain quotations from https://www.craftcloud3d.com/ to ensure that our quotes and turn around times are the best possible for our potential and existing clients.
contact forms.
Contact forms of all types including the quotation form will collect your email address and your name. These are not shared with anyone and are solely used to reply and provide our services.
purchases.
In addition to name, email and associated files, we also collect a contact number and both billing and shipping address. These are not shared with anyone without written consent.
cookies.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Users who request quotes will have their files, name, email and any additional information they gave stored indefinitely. This information can only be viewed upon request to our team at info@rigidprints.co.uk. Users can also request for complete removal of this data and confirmation.
Users who purchase our services will have all or some of their details such as name, email, address, contact number, files and any other data given in relation to the purchase. This will be held indefinitely. Users can only request deletion of the files associated with the purchase. All other data will be retained on our copy of the invoices.
