I am in a rush, when can I get my parts?
We have the capacity and capability to deliver your part(s) as early as today.
At this moment in time same day delivery is limited to businesses within 3-5 miles of East Ham Underground station in London.
For businesses and clients who fall outside of this radius can benefit from same day dispatch for next day delivery.
In both cases, the turn around time is dependant on the print request.
What file formats do you accept?
We also accept various other typical CAD formats. Please get in touch to find out more.
Which 3D printers do you use?
We use multiple custom built and modified printers. All of which were performed by our in house engineer.
To give some perspective for comparison, our large format printers are closely related to Creality CR10 S4, our medium format printers are closely related to the well established Prusa i3 MK3S and our small form printer is a modified version of the Lulzbot Mini 1.04
What tolerances can you achieve and what clearances do I need?
We typically achieve better than +/-0.5mm or +/-0.5% (which ever is larger) and recommend a clearance of 0.5mm or more for clearance fits.
Push fits require a clearance of 0.2mm-0.4mm depending on size of the mating features.
We do not guarantee these clearances as the geometry and size of your part(s) will determine what the clearances should be. We suggest printing a sample parts first to ensure correct fitment before placing an order for a larger batch.
What if I don't have a 3D model?
If you have an existing physical part or a napkin sketch or even an idea in your head, we provide CAD design services through our parent company AIB Innovations Ltd.
What is your largest build volume?
Our current largest build volume is 400mm by 400mm by 400mm.
If your part does not fit inside this build volume, we have split your model into smaller parts and fuse them together in our post processing method.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept BACS, Paypal and various card payments through Paypal. Instructions on how to pay will be on your invoice/quotation form.
